As a Duty Manager/Sales, you will:
1. Help one of the nation’s strongest health brands keep growing
2. Be responsible for the smooth running of our club
3. Be responsible for opening and closing of the club
4. Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
5. Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness
6. Identify what people want from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs
7. Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer
8. Develop a sales-focused culture throughout our club
9. Inspire and encourage the team to work together to achieve our sales targets
