The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organisation and instrumental to the Kyndryl’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite.
You will lead MS Copilot complex client engagements focused on implementing and optimising Microsoft Copilot solutions, in partnership with our Alliances. Your deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and AI-driven technologies will enable you to design tailored strategies, conduct workshops, and guide customers through the adoption process.
As our MS CoPilot Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level customers. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization, whilst contributing to profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Thought leadership: Contribute to the development of Copilot best practices, sharing knowledge through presentations, whitepapers, and internal training sessions.
2. Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, understanding their business needs and aligning Copilot solutions to address key challenges.
3. Business value assessment: Analyze client operations to identify areas where Copilot can enhance productivity and efficiency, clearly communicating the potential ROI.
4. Change management: Develop strategies to manage organizational change associated with Copilot adoption, including training programs and user support.
5. Workshop facilitation: Conduct hands-on workshops to educate customers on Copilot capabilities, showcase use cases, and gather requirements for customized implementation.
6. Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Copilot features and updates, ensuring best practices are applied during implementation and advising customers on potential advancements.
7. Solution architecture: Design comprehensive Copilot implementation plans, integrating with existing Microsoft 365 tools.
8. Project delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to execute Copilot projects on time and within budget, overseeing implementation, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Experience
9. Experience with hyperscalers
10. Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite: Teams, Outlook, Word, and Power Platform, with a strong focus on Copilot functionality.
11. Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
12. Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
13. With business acumen, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions, aligning solutions with client strategic objectives.
14. Consulting expertise: Proven track record in consulting engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, project management, and client relationship building.
15. Leadership abilities: Capability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and navigate complex client environments.
