Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth running of the central support office, including ordering supplies, managing petty cash, and overseeing general office tasks.
* Support the purchase ledger function by scanning invoices and assisting with other finance department tasks.
* Provide administrative support to the C-Suite, including expenses management, and general assistance to the Operations Team.
* Liaise with care home administrators and managers to collate necessary information.
