Marketing Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee in-store product placement and displays.
2. Develop planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Monitor compliance with brand standards.
4. Optimize product positioning to maximize sales.
5. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
6. Manage brand messaging across all channels.
7. Create content strategy for digital and traditional media.
8. Coordinate with PR and advertising agencies.
9. Track and analyze campaign performance.
10. Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
11. Manage trade show participation.
12. Coordinate sponsorships and brand activations.
13. Oversee event budgets and ROI measurement.
14. Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2. 5+ years marketing experience.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Proven track record in retail merchandising.
5. Experience in event planning and execution.
6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
2. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
3. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
4. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
5. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
2. Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
