Qualifications:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid Certification
* Valid Driving Licence
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in traditional new build housing projects
* Strong knowledge of site management practices
* Familiarity with NHBC standards
Job Duties:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
* Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
* Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions.
