As Project Support Officer, you will assist the Head of the Programme Management Office (PMO) and the wider PMO team, providing essential support across key workstreams, coordinating project planning, preparing project documentation, and delivering general administrative support.

The post holder will support the Head of Programme Management Office (Head of PMO) and the wider Programme Management Office in the successful delivery of workforce projects and initiatives, providing general administrative support to the team.
The Project Support Officer will support in such tasks as (but not exclusive to) setting up and maintaining project documentation, producing regular and ad-hoc reports, being a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze data from a variety of sources, prepare reports, engage with diverse audiences, monitor the achievement of milestones, and support meetings and events.
The successful candidate will provide project support on key work streams, including setting up and maintaining project documentation, producing regular and ad-hoc reports, progress monitoring, chasing, and preparation of project paperwork. To undertake data analysis and production of reports/project plans, and stakeholder communications as required. To undertake research and literature reviews and produce summary reports.
