We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic legal team for a 12-month period, to navigate the legal landscape of cybersecurity.
The Contract Manager will work directly with the legal team, reporting to the International Affairs Senior Legal Counsel and collaborating with Global Procurement to ensure compliance of Orange Cyberdefense’s vendors and partners’ contracts with applicable European and international legal and regulatory obligations, especially those related to recent European regulations affecting the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Orange Cyberdefense Legal and Global Procurement teams in implementing the global regulatory engagement strategy and monitor vendor and partner compliance.
* Manage existing and new contracts and related documents with vendors and partners, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations relevant to cybersecurity.
* Coordinate with sourcing teams for contracts signed by Orange group or BuyIn to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for contract management in line with legal and regulatory standards.
* Respond promptly to legal requests and questions from Global Procurement and other units, summarizing and communicating regulatory requirements clearly and concisely.
* Assist Orange Cyberdefense country legal counsels in implementing purchasing policies.
What we expect from you
* Experience negotiating and managing external and intra-group sourcing contracts.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance systems.
* Qualified to practice law in an EU jurisdiction or the UK.
* Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across legal, procurement, and other business units.
* Fluent in English, with French language skills preferred.
* Ability to understand technical issues and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, providing sound advice under tight deadlines.
