We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join a large professional services organisation based in Hinckley. The role is full time and fully office based. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized organisation within the professional services industry looking for a HR Advisor to join their site in Hinckley. Description Provide effective HR advice to clients, adhering to current legislation and best practices. Work collaboratively with clients to resolve HR issues, promoting positive employee relations. Manage and implement HR projects as required. Support clients in managing change within their organisations. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Experience working as HR Advisor in previous organisation CIPD not essential Working in the Retail or hospitality sector in a role but covering HR is acceptable Excellent knowledge of current HR legislation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
