Finance and Operations Administrator, 6 months contract, Harrogate, Salary up to £35K
Are you available at short notice and able to commit for a 6-month period? Do you have finance experience and are a confident user of Excel?
Our client based in Harrogate is looking for an experienced finance administrator to support the operation and finance teams.
Skills Required:
1. Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
2. Finance experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good time management skills and experience of working to deadlines.
5. Strong verbal and written communication.
6. Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
7. Proven ability to work within a team and independently.
8. Comfortable with change.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To produce regular management information for the finance and operations team.
2. Assisting with the annual audit and regulatory data.
3. Calculating and processing client fees.
4. Undertaking daily transaction reporting checks.
5. Monitoring daily trade value and providing commentary to the MI to enable the recipients to interpret any themes or trends that should be investigated further.
6. To support the finance team.
7. Produce analysis of data provided by the operations team.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company procedures and policies.
9. Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.
In return you will be offered:
