Marketing Executive – Loyalty and Campaigns Ashford (hybrid – 1 day p/w in office) We have an exciting new opportunity for a creative and digital savvy marketing executive to join our Commercial Marketing Team to help us with the next stage of its growth and journey. You’ll be helping to turn the marketing strategy for mybrakes rewards into actionable plans and fantastic communications across relevant touchpoints that are data and insight driven and deliver our commercial objectives. You’ll be working closely with other functions to collaborate on plans and optimise performance, while seeking continual enhancement of the customer experience across key life stages, e.g, joining, welcome, nurture, grow, customer feedback, retention, and reactivation. What you’ll be doing: Manage and maintain the monthly, quarterly and annual mybrakes rewards communications plan on and offline, keeping it up to date Co-ordinate the activation of mybrakes rewards communications for customers and sales both online and offline Create high-impact copy and content for digital, email and social media to support key campaigns, the launch of new offers and life stage communications Work with the agency to maintain content on the mybrakes rewards platform Monitor and track campaign performance Work closely with all teams including category, sales, finance, internal communications, social, agencies and the wider marketing team Manage enquiries to the mybrakes rewards customer inbox Produce a weekly competitor snapshot and more detailed monthly competitor report Assist the Promotions Manager with updating the Brakes website with daily reduced to clear deals and with the content and creation of customer emails What we are looking for: Experience within a marketing role with proven experience of managing campaigns, result and insights Experience of planning and coordinating communications on and offline Creative flair with solid verbal and written communication skills Good analytical skills with an understanding of key social and digital metrics Experience of monitoring campaign performance and collating reports Salesforce experience would be beneficial but not essential Brakes invented modern food wholesaling and provides the highest quality fresh and frozen food and ingredients to some of the nation’s most famous pubs and Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as schools, caterers, care homes and hospitals.
