As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Level 3 Maintenance and Operation Engineering Technician qualification. You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

What you’ll be doing:
Working within the Vehicle Interior department, you will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world. Our department is going through an exciting transformation to achieve our ambitions and become the benchmark for luxury and sustainable interiors. whilst working alongside and being mentored by our expert colleagues, you’ll learn complex skills to support the sustainable crafting of the luxurious Interiors Bentley is renowned for.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Develop skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and control system repair and problem finding
* Gain experience with advanced sewing technologies within a production environment
* Collaborate with the team on new processes, contributing to the creation of bespoke interiors that reflect Bentley's commitment to luxury and innovation
About the Department:
The Apprentice positions sit within the wider Manufacturing department. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. Our purpose includes our Bentley factory, which is the first luxury car factory in the world to be certified carbon-neutral. As part of our journey to electrification, we’re investing in our site to create a Dream Factory; a world leading, next generation digital, low environmental impact, advanced manufacturing facility.

Cheshire College South and West Requirements: Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 (C) minimum or above
