We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join one of our specialist recoveries teams handling calls and correspondence across a portfolio of cases to optimise income on behalf of our corporate clients.
The successful applicant will have great communication and negotiation skills, resilience, a strong work ethic, and be a great team player.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve handling calls and the management of cases including duties such as:
* Handle telephone calls and obtain an appropriate resolution
* Update information on our case management and client systems
* Monitor diary dates and ensure that deadlines are met
* Deal with routine incoming correspondence, drafting replies as appropriate and resolving queries
* Ensure financial transactions are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with agreed procedures
* General administrative tasks as requested (e.g., photocopying, filing)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Previous call/case handling experience in a similar role
* Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills
* Resilience when dealing with contentious issues
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
* Strong IT skills including MS Office
* Organised and able to work effectively within a process-driven environment
* Effectively work within a team
