Resource Management Specialist responsibilities:
- Create and share eye-catching ads on job boards and social media to effectively draw in top talent.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates receive detailed information and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
- Boost local candidate engagement by organising in-person registration events and actively participating in job fairs.
- Ensure all necessary identity and Right to Work checks for candidates are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver daily updates through streamlined pipeline management to track progress and proactively identify recruitment challenges.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to address staffing needs, monitor candidate progress, and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Take ownership of the candidate vetting process, ensuring compliance with customer standards and employment laws for a seamless hiring experience.
Resource Management Specialist skills:
- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
