* Be residing in the North East of England (Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Northumberland, Cleveland, and North Cumbria) at the time of application.
(Note: Spouses or civil partners must have been legally recognized at the time of the asylum application. Dependent children must have been under 18 years old when the asylum application was made.)
