Weld Cell Operator (Late Shift)
Training will be completed initially on Early Shift (Mon to Thurs 06:00 to 14:00, Fri 06:00 to 12:00)
Late Shift Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 14:00 to 23:30 (30-minute paid break)
Friday, Non-Working day
Location: Cheltenham, UK (On-site)

Role Overview:
The Weld Cell Operator will set and operate automated weld machines.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Setting automatic weld machines
2. Producing parts to drawing, deburring, cleaning and packaging to set procedure
3. Inspecting parts using measuring equipment, Gauges, Verniers, Micrometres etc.
4. Completing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production rates, work place organisation, front line operator asset care (FLOAC), maintenance and cleanliness of machine equipment
5. Complying with Company Core Values & Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices at all times
Your previous experience is likely to include….
1. Working within a production environment
2. Understanding your commercial impact on the department
3. Basic computer skills
