Property Administrator
Role Overview:
We are recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established property management company managing both residential and commercial properties. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including handling tenant inquiries, managing lease paperwork, and liaising with solicitors on property-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tenant Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues related to the properties.
* Lease Administration: Prepare and manage paperwork for leases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Legal Coordination: Maintain communication with solicitors regarding lease agreements and other legal documentation.
* General Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the property management team to ensure smooth office operations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of a few years in an administrative role, ideally within property management or a related field.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing tenant and solicitor correspondence.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and ensure meticulous attention to detail.
* Professionalism: Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanour when dealing with tenants and legal contacts.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Location: NW4, London
