As a KS3/KS4 English Teacher, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise will help shape the school's English curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in meeting the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach a range of skills and techniques to ensure effective delivery of the school's English curriculum.
* Develop and build the English and literacy provision within Medway Green, with a whole-school impact on younger year groups.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement strategies that promote high-quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of Key Stages 3 and 4 English curriculum.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs and implementing behavior management techniques.
* Ability to implement a school's vision, aims, priorities, targets, and curriculum policies in relation to classroom practice.
* Familiarity with statutory curriculum requirements and assessment, recording, and reporting procedures.
* Knowledge of the characteristics of high-quality teaching and learning and strategies to improve and sustain high standards.
