We are currently looking for a Learning Experience Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based on a remote basis. As the Learning Experience Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Learning Experience and end user training of a new Time and Attendance system, affecting approx 10,000 employees globally.
This is an initial 6 month contract with likely extension by 6 months. The role is Outside IR35 and can be worked remotely in the UK.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Learning Experience Lead, will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Learning Experience Lead, you will design and develop a targeted training plan, focused on providing a useful and innovative learning experience as well as develop user friendly training material.
2. As the Learning Experience Lead, you will collaborate with project delivery and IT stakeholders to discuss project delivery plan, key milestones and any challenges.
3. As the Learning Experience Lead, you will develop a sustainable training plan for future implementation (Staggered approach).
4. As the Learning Experience Lead, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate the creation of shared knowledge base.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the As the Learning Experience Lead, you will, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in designing and delivering learning experience and training programs is essential. Ideally, this would be for global Time and Attendance or other workforce / HR related systems and would be an advantage
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with knowledge management processes, training development tools and fast paced projects.
