We are looking for someone who will start Early-Mid April 2025
The Role
As a Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the nursing team.
* Overseeing compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and health & safety standards.
* Assisting clinicians during a variety of dental procedures, including specialist treatments.
* Coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate cover for the practice.
* Supporting the induction and training of new team members.
* Maintaining stock levels and liaising with suppliers.
* Delivering excellent patient care and ensuring their journey is seamless.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified dental nurse.
* GDC registration.
* A passion for providing outstanding patient care.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of compliance and infection control standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in private dentistry is desirable but not essential.
