If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have experience in customer-facing or admin roles, and can always see things from the customer ’ s perspective, this is the perfect fit for you Some of the duties will be: Organise and plan the installation of machines and retrofits with customers Ensure a seamless transition from the machine's departure from our facilities to its delivery and installation at the customer ’ s site Monitor and coordinate every stage of the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction Plan and arrange travel logistics for service engineers, ensuring travel schedules align with customer needs and operational demands Manage and update service engineers' diaries based on workload, ensuring efficient time allocation and project coverage Identify and address potential challenges in the installation process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Provide ongoing support to both customers and engineers, ensuring clear communication throughout the process This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. Start and finish times can be adjusted to accommodate commitments such as school drop-offs. The salary, based on experience, ranges from £25,000 to £28,000.
