This is an excellent opportunity to join our small, well-established, friendly Export office. We are the UK buying office for ISA Racing in Germany. We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and able to contribute to the smooth running of the office. The role will involve dealing with enquiries, processing sales orders, booking in and checking of the goods, and invoicing them. There is a physical side to the job also when booking in and moving the goods around, helping to load and unload. It can get very busy at times; this requires someone who performs under pressure and always gives 100%.
Responsibilities
1. Customer service – Take calls and deal with enquiries, both customer and supplier, requires excellent telephone communication skills.
2. Process sales quotations, orders and invoicing.
3. Arranging shipments which includes some customs clearance knowledge and skills.
4. Developing good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
5. Develop a good knowledge of the product ranges.
6. Being pro-active - ensuring orders are delivered on time.
7. Monitoring/resolving the return of goods.
8. General office filing to keep the office running smoothly.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience using SAGE system and competent with Excel.
2. Any shipping/customs knowledge beneficial.
3. Experience within office administration, buying and selling.
4. Strong telephone and communication skills.
5. Good organisational skills and efficiency.
6. Self-motivated.

Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Salary: from £23,000 pro rata
