We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with commercial clients.

Role Responsibilities
* Complete property valuations - with support and full training from senior staff
* Source/support on photography of businesses, securing all relevant information for sales details
* Build great working relationships between the sellers and the business, upholding high Company standards and stakeholders engagement
* Market and promote properties for sale
* Arrange and carry out property viewings for prospective buyers
* Represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
* Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
* Recommend properties to clients that meet their needs and budget
* Ensure that prices agreed are acceptable to both buyer and seller
* Keep up to date with trends, legislation and regulation in the relevant property market.
What We Need From You:
* Full driving licence and own car
* Good knowledge of Microsoft systems
* Good IT knowledge
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Enthusiastic to learn

£25,000.00 per year
Expected Hours:
20 – 37 per week
