About the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our our HR and Payroll department at The Bedford College group. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing support with our training programs and events, ensuring their smooth execution, and supporting the overall learning and development initiatives within the organisation. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.
