We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Plant Supervisor to join our friendly team at our Sevenoaks Bagging Plant.

Role Responsibility
Reporting in to our Plant Manager, the successful Plant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting colleagues with the shipping of deliveries, ensuring material quality and assisting in the maintenance regime of the plant. Safety, Health and Environmental standards and processes are an important part of daily life and you would be expected to familiarize yourself with the requirements and adhere to the policies.
You will also take responsibility for:
1. Meeting daily production target requirements.
2. Reporting of data for quality purposes.
3. Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehicles.
4. Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround.
5. Continuous Improvement of performance standards.
6. Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods.
The Ideal Candidate
As our ideal Plant Supervisor, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar operations environment. You will also:
1. Possess good communication skills and be numerate.
2. Ideally hold a mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance.
3. Be a good team player.
4. Have experience of manual handling.
