Our client based in Shipley BD17 is looking for a junior Customer Service Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and 4.00pm finish on Friday. Please note that you will be required to work every other Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.
Pay rate: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour.
This is a temporary to permanent position.

1. Good Telephone Contact Handling Skills
2. Good Computer Skills and Working Knowledge of MS Office Programs
3. Excellent Communication Skills
4. Planning and Organising
5. Innovation, Flexibility, and Adaptability
Day-to-Day duties:
1. Provide the initial point of contact for our customers.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers.
3. Respond to emails.
4. Manage incoming requests from the Customer Portal.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
