The Job This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years’ experience to take charge of the commercial success of their own depot. You will be the sole commercial lead in a highly collaborative, on-site role, managing your share of works worth £25m annually, and an average project value of £15k. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve taking projects from cradle to grave commercially and include estimating, procurement and final accounting across high-volume frameworks in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Regional Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll ensure the financial success of vital infrastructure projects, driving value across a broad portfolio of works. About You Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally within rail, building or civils. You’ll need a strong personality and the ability to thrive as the sole commercial expert on site, driving collaboration and accountability across the depot. Framework experience is extremely beneficial, along with a proactive approach to managing high volumes of work at pace.
