The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated, compassionate senior night care assistants to join our team. Opportunities to work across Bolton sites may be available and can be discussed at interview.
What do we do?
We provide 24-hour residential care for individuals requiring continuation of care, rehabilitation, or assessment of future needs. Our goal is to support residents in regaining independence, involving them in their care, with options to return home or move to other care arrangements. We promote joint working with NHS and Local Authority staff on-site.
What will your working week look like?

About You
* You should have experience in providing care in a nursing or residential home.
* You should be friendly, an effective team player, and willing to support and lead the team in delivering person-centred care.
* You should hold some care qualifications and be willing to undertake further training.
* Ability to administer medication or willingness to learn is preferred.
* You should be comfortable using a computer, as you will be expected to use and monitor computer-based information systems.
* Note: Bolton Council cannot sponsor these positions; candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK.
