Driving innovation in product development and marketing techniques Managing the P&L Developing marketing plans Conducting market research to stay updated on consumer trends Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency Profile The successful candidate should have: Proven experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry, preferably within food & drink Demonstrable influencing skills Proven critical thinking and analysis skills A strong commercial acumen A creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
