In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping young minds through a nurturing, play-based learning environment. What You’ll Be Doing Promoting the setting’s vision and values in every interaction with children and families. Creating and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors. Supporting children through the Early Years Foundation Stage with personalized plans. Contributing to observations, record-keeping, and planning for individual development. Working closely with a small, collaborative team to meet each child’s unique needs. Ensuring all safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene policies are upheld. About You Be able to do the job as described. Hold a Level 2 qualification relevant to Early Years education. Bring creativity and enthusiasm to engaging children in indoor and outdoor activities. Have experience supporting children aged 2–5, including those with SEND or EAL. Possess excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills to build positive relationships.
