Don't delay, apply today Main duties of the job As an Estates Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Estates Manager, provide effective leadership to Estates Technical and Operational Teams, providing the varied skills that support the department's philosophy and Trust visions and values. The post holder will receive training, but will have Engineering and strong management skills, and acquire the skills to support the service safely and professionally. The post holder will be expected to work across the Trust where applicable. The post holder is expected to be appointed to Named/Designated/Responsible/Competent/Authorised person's roles in keeping with requirements laid down in Hospital Technical Memorandums (HTM), legislative guidance and required by the Trust to deliver statutory and mandatory duties. The post holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, motivate and be committed to the development of the department regarding training and Staff development. The post holder will be responsible for the Operational Management of the Estate, the monitoring and reporting of professional quality and performance standards and ensuring compliance with statutory and NHS regulations, codes of practice and guidance.
