Your new role Your key responsibilities will be coordinating recruitment, managing general onboarding and offboarding activities, handling life cycle and employee relations tasks, and supporting the BP team with projects and day-to-day operations. You will ensure smooth processes from recruitment to exit and managing non-complex ER cases, such as sick leave and grievances. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you'll need previous HR admin experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential.
