Responsibilities
Your main job will be to help and support individuals and families facing different challenges. You'll work with a diverse team to figure out what clients need, make plans to take care of them, and coordinate services to make their lives better. Your tasks will include:
1. Talking to clients
2. Doing assessments
3. Providing advice
4. Working with community resources to get the best results for the people you're helping
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, it's essential to hold a Social Work Qualification and maintain registration with SWE. You should have at least 3 years of experience after your qualifications.
