Job Description
* Lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organisation.
* Managing 3 direct report and circa 35 indirect reports across the HR function.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational objectives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the management of HR systems and processes.
* Drive the development and delivery of comprehensive HR services.
* Manage and develop the HR team to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organisation.
* Work collaboratively with the senior management team to ensure HR strategies and activities support organisational goals.
* Lead on HR projects, such as change management and organisational development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of HR Operations should ideally have:
* A degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Extensive experience in a senior HR role
* Managed larger HR functions
* Large scale Business experience (circa 2000 + employees)
* A thorough understanding of HR systems and databases.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* A strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
* Proven experience of managing HR projects.
