As a Customer Enrolment Administrator, you will be responsible for successfully switching customer’s payment services from their previous provider, up to that supply becoming live with Clear Business. This role will also include but not be limited to: Ensure new customers are successfully on-boarded with right first-time provisioning of contracts received from Sales, including quality control of contracts received. Handle customer order enquiries and requests for support during on-boarding and support the customer to diagnose and resolve set-up issues. Actively contribute to improving customer journey and experience. Develop an in-depth knowledge of our systems, products and processes, and support colleagues with queries. Resolution of basic queries or exceptions preventing successful service activation.
