Our successful client in Cardiff are partnering with us to recruit for an experienced Head of HR to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client are committed to fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture, and are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead their HR team and drive the people strategy forward.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager looking to take the next step in their career, or a Head of HR looking to move into a fast growing company with a history of success in their market.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
* Lead and manage the small and talented HR team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all HR operations.
* Oversee talent recruitment, retention, and development programs.
* Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture through effective HR policies.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
* Manage TUPE processes effectively.
* Provide guidance on performance management and career development.
* Lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or CIPD qualification (preferably Level 7, with Level 5 as a minimum).
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary between 50-55k dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits including:
