About the role:
The Global Digital Web Manager is responsible for delivering digital website content for new product launches and core products using the glocalization process within Advanced Wound Care (AWC) for the 12 FISBE markets with MASTER brand templates for Optimizely.
The Global Digital Web Manager is a Global expert and lead for the simplification model with markets and tracks activation and governance/performance tracking of content with SEO tools/GA – and supports marketing lead process development in Advanced Wound Care.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with regional and local marketing leaders to centralize their needs for web/email/QR codes using the glocalization model driving efficiency and standardization and provide market support to launch content in these channels compliantly using Convatec approved solutions.
* Co-ordinate local regulation compliance needs for web and ensure activation needs and technical HCP verification and data collation for AWC is in line with Convatec standards.
* Work with Global marketing to manage the digital activation roadmap for AWC products ensuring alignment with Convatec channels and market needs and ensures tagging tracking of all assets worldwide in standard dashboards of performance for all launches.
* Represent AWC at the cross Business Unit IT calls for web optimization and upgrades, inform the markets and ensure the content/technical solutions needed for AWC are being fulfilled for Web and be the voice of AWC markets for Web needs worldwide.
* Deliver Global master web and email assets for markets to localize and support translation using SMARTCAT and Web tools.
* Monitor local activation in a tracker for MASTER assets developed by Global level using activation tracker and monthly market calls and report governance to team.
* Provide URLs for web pages for social media and ensure Customer experience from social media assets is connected to web.
* Track all lead generation from web content on web pages and support master level nurturing emails from web content as one experience.
* Support Global Brand leads to develop web content in line with the Optimizely templates developed for Convatec.
* Lead AWC representation for the Product Information Digital (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) project within AWC and ensure AWC needs are implemented in the roll out of PIM/DAM.
* Maintain the playbook for digital activation for web/email and QR codes for markets and provide monthly call supports to markets for channel activation.
* Support the brand activity plan for each major AWC brand or disease area and execute on it and develop calls to action for each asset and set goals in the activation for assets ensuring local market implements.
* Build and track audience and impact metrics. Define the best digital media(s) to invest in for ROI optimization.
* AWC lead expert on Marketing nurturing platform supports markets to activate Marketing Nurturing Tools (MNT) and is lead execution partner for markets embedded tool as mandatory process for leads.
* Voice of markets in lead management qualification process for AWC and supports phase 2 of Marketing nurturing platform.
* Share Data from web insights to AWC marketing leads to ensure campaign development is performance driven for web.
* Lead the quarterly digital forum for markets on best practice in Multi channel marketing.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business management or computer science.
* Proven experience in digital website management content editing, ideally in healthcare businesses pharma.
* Experience of creating compelling customer-facing digital solutions and brand experience lead generation on a global scale repurposing content.
* Experience of managing process for lead generation and nurturing.
* Pharma and/or MedTech knowledge highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) across a variety of stakeholder levels.
* User experience knowledge and understanding of behaviors for web.
* High technical literacy, interest in new web development content and lead generation.

External: Patients, Nurses, Doctors, KOLs, EWMA congress.
Travel Requirements:
This position may involve travel up to 20% of the time and overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
Language Skills Required:
English: Fluent in Speaking, Writing/Reading. Any other languages would be advantageous but not essential.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working – 1/2 days per week in the office in Paddington driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.
