We are looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to join the team as we continue to grow our network of restaurants.

Contract Type: 40 hours per week, Permanent
Work Location: Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham
Salary: £30,500 - £34,500 per year
Supplemental pay types:
* Quarterly KPI based bonus

* Managing your restaurant in line with relevant, motivating KPIs
Requirements
* Experience in a management position, ideally hospitality or retail
* A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
* Experience with stock management
* A hands-on and motivational attitude to management
* Excellent communication skills
