£60,000 - £70,000 is on offer for a Pre-construction Manager (HVAC / Mechanical) local to Manchester.
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong mechanical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory
* £60,000 - £70,000 (Doe)

Role:
* To effectively manage projects from the date of enquiry through to handover to the project delivery team.
* Manage enquiries / tenders, these may conceptually be fully designed by the client team, or clean sheet schemes
* Your role will be to cover all commercial and estimating aspects.
* You will take ownership of the projects and coordinate all the internal and external resources to maximise our chances of a successful bid – working with our Business Development Managers, Design Engineers, CAD technicians, etc.
* Assist in the development of company systems and procedures.
