About the Role:
As an SEN Tutor, you will:
* Deliver personalised tuition to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
* Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles, ensuring all students can engage and progress.
* Provide a nurturing and structured environment to help build confidence and independence.
* Work closely with schools, parents, and other professionals to create effective learning plans.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced Educator – Previous experience working with SEN students in a tutoring or teaching role.
* Adaptable & Patient – The ability to tailor learning approaches to suit diverse needs.
* Passionate About Inclusion – A strong commitment to supporting every learner’s development.
* Excellent Communicator – Able to collaborate with students, families, and support teams effectively.
