Job Description
The Technical Admin Support will ensure that PPM's are completed in accordance with the contract and see any remedial works to completion.
It is key that the Technical Admin Support portrays a positive reflection of ISS to the customer and behaves in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organising appropriate escorting of Contractors on site, following the Control of Contractors and Critical Contractor Processes and Procedures
2. Ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded
3. Processing PPM tickets and issuing to onsite maintenance team or identifying sub-contracted works
4. Arranging for sub-contractors to visit site to carry out routine PPM activities
5. Prioritising statutory/mandatory PPM tickets
6. Engage with the onsite maintenance team and complete a weekly review of PPM activities
7. Reporting into Supervisor for any issued raised or identified
8. Closing down/completing PPM tasks active on Planon
9. Completing any remedial actions that come off the back of PPM's
10. Filing reports related to PPMs completed by sub-contractors
11. Provide monthly progress report in a timely manner to Supervisor and Operation Manager
12. Provide general overview on current status of PPM on month by month basis feeding necessary information to engineers and, if required, escalating issues to the Site Supervisor
13. Ensure subcontractors are working in line with their service contract and provided all relevant prequalifying information
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
14. Developed IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word etc.)
15. Experience of working with a static engineering team
16. Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations Good written and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly
17. Excellent planning, organizing and problem solving
18. Ability to deliver results under pressure
19. Experience in Integrated Facility Management with emphasis in Maintenance Administration working in large estates
