We are looking for an M&E Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the M&E Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The M&E Supervisor, will be responsible for: Lead for all hard service disciplines across site Ensure all Statutory and Mandatory elements of the contract and relevant standards are achieved To provide dedicated support to the Facilities Management team ensuring the highest standard of services are provided to the client and customers Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships Provide FM resilience across the Crawley site Optimise systems and processes to maximise efficiencies of teams and reduce energy consumption To develop understanding of the contract commercial and deliverable frameworks as part of development Continual management of PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the agreed SLA and KPIs Operational and line management of the engineering team to ensure best productivity PDA training, development and auditing with on site team To drive & encourage 100% PDA usage Complete and maintain the training matrix for site engineers To be successful for this M&E Supervisor role you must have: Experience of building maintenance Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment. Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management. Confident, driven and pro-active. Able to do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale. Willingness to undertake further training. Ability to provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works. Writing and following risk and method statements as required on a daily basis. Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner. Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance. Must hold a full UK driver's license.
