Integrator - 6-month Fixed Term Contract - Edinburgh

As an Integrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating dependencies between the Lab and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and successful project delivery. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and other teams, you will identify and manage potential blockers to keep projects on track. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong relationships both internally and with external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and prioritise integration-related tasks in alignment with the Lab backlog.
2. Identify and manage dependencies between the Lab and other teams.
3. Facilitate interlock between stakeholders to maintain a fast-paced delivery environment.
4. Mitigate and resolve blockers, escalating when necessary.
5. Serve as the main interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders.
6. Coordinate complex and high-risk implementations across multiple parties.
7. Provide expertise for governance activities owned by the Product Owner.
Experience & Skills:
1. Proven experience in managing complex change within a business environment.
2. Familiarity with agile teams and builds.
3. Ability to provide coaching and guidance on methods and tools.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills to drive delivery and improve outcomes.
5. Track record of taking ownership of critical risks, issues, and dependencies.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
