We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team at CrossReach’s Older People Services! This isn’t just about spreadsheets it’s about helping us provide the best care and support to older people. Your knack for organisation and eye for detail will play a big part in making that happen.
In this role, you’ll keep our finances running smoothly by processing invoices, managing petty cash, and making sure our records are accurate. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our budgets on track, working closely with the Service Manager to spot and solve any issues. You’ll also be the friendly face that helps the team stay organised, from setting up meetings to keeping records neat and tidy.
We’re after someone who:
1. Knows their way around financial systems and Microsoft Office.
2. Is organised, meets deadlines, and communicates clearly.
3. Can work on their own initiative but is also a great team player.
