Our client, a pioneering B Corp-certified company in the health, wellbeing and fragrance sector, is seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to drive growth and excellence across Amazon and digital retail partners. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand’s e-commerce strategy while working with a team dedicated to enhancing wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a 12-month commercial strategy focused on profitability and growth.
* Manage Amazon accounts (UK & Rest of World), ensuring top-tier performance and optimisation.
* Work with E-Retail partners including Next, Asos and JLP.
* Lead and mentor a Commercial Executive, fostering a high-performing team culture.
* Build strategic promotional calendars, negotiating annual business plans with retail partners.
* Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies to drive success.
* Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central experience desirable).
* Strong background in e-commerce account management.
* Excellent leadership skills with prior people management experience.
* Analytical mindset with expertise in P&L, forecasting, and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
