Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Manager at FITZ YOU. The Talent Manager will be responsible for developing talent within the organisation - you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our talent’s careers.
From social media management to building strong brand relationships, you’ll be at the forefront of driving their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance engagement, expand reach, and grow followings.
* Partnership Negotiations: Handle business aspects of brand collaborations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes.
* Calendar Management: Keep talent schedules organised and efficient, allowing them to focus on creating outstanding content.
* Brand and PR Relationships: Build and nurture connections with brands and PR agencies to facilitate exciting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Event Opportunities: Stay informed about key industry events and trends, actively seeking out and proposing opportunities for our talent to attend and elevate their presence.
* Talent Development: Strategise and support talent profiling and partnership growth.
* Project Support: Assist with photoshoots, events, activations and red carpet appearances as needed.
* Performance management
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years in Talent Management, Talent Assisting, or a related role.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Proficiency in tools such as Excel and email platforms, with excellent administrative abilities.
* A proven track record of securing deals and partnerships.
* An existing network within the influencer, brand, or PR industry is highly desirable.
* Ability to work both independently and remotely while staying organised, and ability to work in a hybrid setting.
* Talent Development and Performance Management expertise is a plus.
* Background in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
* Experience in performance evaluation is advantageous.
