HR Advisor
Location: Long Eaton (Onsite)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Description of the Role:
As part of a small team based on the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire border, you will be an integral part of the HR team providing day-to-day confidential and professional HR support. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing a range of HR advice on issues and queries including grievances, disciplinaries, and flexible working.
2. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
3. Attending welfare and return to work meetings and advising on occupational health recommendations.
4. Assisting in the review, development, and implementation of HR procedures.
5. Supporting with staff appraisals.
6. Advising and supporting Line Managers through performance management processes.
7. Responsible for recruitment and selection including documentation for successful candidates.
8. Supporting different teams across the business and collaborating on a day-to-day basis including finance.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Experience of working within a similar HR role.
2. Level 3 CIPD or above.
3. In-depth working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
4. Experience of conducting HR meetings and hearings.
5. HR Generalist background.
