Job Description:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are
passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience in a dynamic,
award-winning” boutique hotel environment.
As a Front of House Team member, you’ll be the welcoming
face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to excellence,
individuality and fun. With the opportunity to also work at our sister pubs
when needed, you’ll have a chance to expand your experience and contribute to

What You’ll Do:
o Uphold our high service standards with every
interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction is always our top priority.
o Serve as welcoming sunshine for our guests,
delivering warm and personalised service with a genuine smile.
o Take ownership of your role, proactively
anticipating and exceeding gust expectations with professionalism and
dedication.
o Embrace your unique personality and charm,
bringing touch of warmth and authenticity with each interaction.
o Deliver food and drinks in our restaurant and
bar, ensuring guests have delightful experience.
o Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the
restaurant and bar area, including cleaning and clearing tables.
o Perform close down duties after service, such as
cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies and preparing the space for the next
day.
o ·Occasionally lend your talents to our sister
pubs when needed, expanding your experience and contributing to our hospitality
family.
