Description
Our client are looking for a Business Development Consultant, to be responsible for effectively engaging with potential clients, providing them with valuable information about courses, and guiding them through the enrolment process. Additionally, you will actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, contributing to the growth and success of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from potential students interested in training courses and carry out regular BD to garner new corporate partnerships.
* Course Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the course offerings, curriculum, benefits, and industry relevance.
* Consultative Selling: Engage with potential students to understand their goals, needs, and career aspirations. Provide personalised advice and recommendations on the most suitable training programme.
* Build Corporate Relationships: The opportunity exists to meet clients at their workplaces and attend trade shows and various events to enhance the visibility of the company and the range of services they offer.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential students, fostering trust and confidence in the training services.
* Sales Process: Guide potential students through the enrolment process, answer questions, address objections, and negotiate terms to successfully close sales.
