Job Location: Bicester Village
Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours; 5 days per week over 7 fully flexible days
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Management in leading the retail team, setting a strong example and coaching staff to support their development;
* Achieve sales goals and strong KPIs;
* Adhere to the brand’s G.O.L.D. service standard and create customer engagement with our multi-branded boutique by driving store animations and events;
* Attend to the needs of every customer in an approachable, highly attentive, and personal manner, adapting and responding to their individual needs;
* Work collaboratively with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store;
* Develop and maintain positive and productive ongoing relationships with customers, the Beaute Prestige International Team, and store management alike;
* Educate customers on our multiple brands by sharing your passion and creating excitement about the brands;
* Act as a brand ambassador at all times, upholding the brand image and presenting Beaute Prestige International in a positive light;
* Ensure marketing programs are followed and that shop-floor standards are maintained at all times.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Track and report weekly sales;
* Be present in store for designated visits / special events;
* Plan schedules for the team around the promotional calendar.
PROFILE
* Previous experience in supervising a team;
* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Strong retail experience, able to represent Beaute Prestige International in personal presentation and sales performance;
* Able to work independently and as a part of a team, self-motivated and able to take initiative;
* Understanding of KPIs, and able to drive these across a team;
* Flexibility to work key trading hours;
