As the Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for managing new property owner relationships from the point of signed contract through to the onboarding of the property onto the Host & Stay portfolio. Our Onboarding Executive would guide our new Owners through their Onboarding journey with Host & Stay, by providing support and guidance on property ownership, insurance, and compliance. You would provide a signature Owner experience through outstanding customer service ensuring every owner receives our 5-star service levels. You will be a highly organised, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To be considered for this role you MUST have: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Confident phone manner. ‘Can do’ attitude with a passion to go above and beyond. Excellent relationship building and problem solving skills. Ability to be positively reactive in difficult situations. Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines. Genuinely passionate about customer service. Competent with the use of information technology. Previous experience in Customer Service. Relationship Management or Onboarding role. Experience of working within the travel and tourism industry and/or property sectors (e.g. estate agency or residential lettings) is desirable. And Day to Day? …… You will be responsible for: Ensure a smooth Onboarding journey for all Owners. Develop a thorough understanding of Host & Stay and our Property Management services and policy requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners ensuring every touch point delivers a market leading experience and leads to retention. Working closely with the operational departments in the business and external suppliers for a successful setup of all owners across a number of systems. Provide the highest level of service.
